Ii got 423 marks and my AIR is 159196 from EWS category can I get govt seat mbbs in Maharashtra state quota?

It's very difficult to say about government college in state quota..
423 is not considered as good marks for government college or even for private college..
You have less chance of getting government seat..
Even in State quota, you need 500+ for government college..
