See both the College's which you have displayed in your query are one among the top Institution in India and in comparison to both of them you might can go with the option BITS Hyderabad premises in comparison with all the major parameters like placements, infrastructure of education, collaboration with foreign universities and research work as well.

Hello there,

BITS hyderabad is considered as the top most university in India. The placements are higher and there are good packages as compared to IIIT Bangalore. The professor are top notch at bits hyderabad amd there is zero attendance at bits colleges. You will also get fee waiver if you are among the top 10% in your class in your 1st year.
