As per my opinion IIIT NAYA RAIPUR is way better. Rv may be an old college but the recent developments in iiit take it far above from rv. In the four years of the college due to hardworking and sincere efforts of faculty ,students,staff and every member of the institute , IIIT has developed a lot.
It course is truly IT based and from first year itself you learn engineering subjects.
You are required to make projects from the first year itself and from the first year only you start to feel like an engineer.
Also along with the curriculum the facilities here are very good like well - equipped labs , very very fast WiFi, advanced tech and nearly all the licensed software.
As for your stay here the hostels are nice mess is comparatively good and life is full of fun and enjoyment.
RV college has definitely strong alumni network, which will help you for sure in your college life, it has all necessary things like better infrastructure, no ragging, hostels and etc.
on comparing for placements every other college in India has same scenario, so it doesn't affect in long-term.
Soo RV college is definitely better.
