Among all these ,
Definately IIIT Kanchipuram is better than iiit raupur and also iiit sri city.
Iit Kanchipuram is best among these because of --
1) it is mentored by IIt madras.
2) for some Students , they get to study at iit madras for 3 semesters ( namely 6,7,8)
3) they also get placed from iit madras only.
