I would say IIIT Sricity is the best among the newly opened IIITs.

Placement record -  amazon, HP, control data corporation, Momentum, click labs, Finsol, Kiromi, SGGS, L & T Infotech, Vellankani Software etc. Average salary package till now is around 7-8 lacs.

After going through many student reviews, I can say both the colleges are equally good. Many websites rate the colleges based on various criteria like faculty, infrastructure, overall performance of the college. IIIT Sricity has better rating than IIIT Dharwad. So you can definitely choose iiit sricity.
