Hello,
IISER offer five year dual degree BS-MS course in only main four branches  - Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology. They don't offer courses in Biotechnology.
All the IISER Tak's admission through JEE Advanced, KVPY and their own SCB channel exam.
The aptitude exam for SCB channel will be conducted on September 18, 2020.
If your score in JEE Advanced is really high then you can go for dual degree courses in IITs for Biotechnology.

sorry to say but IISER mohali do not offer B.Sc biotechnology course ,you need to seek other colleges offering same, here is the list of colleges IISER mohali do offer

Hi ! Separate course for biotechnology in IISER is not in academic.But You can complete your B.Sc in Biology. In 2-3 Years BS program. And yes you can complete your Phd from Biotechnology.
