as you secured a rank of 18234 all india rank in the JEE-ADVANCE examiantion it is very good
but the engineering seat might not be available to you with that rank . the competition for the ADVANCE iit seat will be more
so you literally have a very very very low chances of getting just give a try in the counselling

From your common rank 18234 you will not get any IIT.May be you will get iit from your obc -ncl rank .Could you please clear your obc-ncl rank? or you can check yourself in the website given below:
