IIT Bombay is one of the best colleges in India and getting admission in it is definitely difficult.

However, the general admission criteria for Btech remains the same as most colleges i.e. Passed Class 12 with at least 75% aggregate from recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.

The actual segregation occurs with respect to the JEE Advanced exam. Only the top few make to IIT Bombay.

So, if you're someone planning to take admission into IIT B, prepare extensively for JEE Advanced.

see the eligibility criteria differs as per course wise. IIt bombay offers admission to ug course, b.tech, pg course, m.tech, mba, phd etc.
