If you have particular interest towards any specific branch then you should choose that. If you are inclined towards Aerospace then you should go for IIT Bombay-Aerospace, if you are interested in Electrical then you should select IIT Guwahati. However if you look at future career opportunities than you should choose IIT Gandhinagar CSE at first place because CSE is most popular branch and it has very good career opportunities. After CSE, you should go for IIT Guwahati ECE followed by IIT-BOMBAY and IIT Madras. All four institutes are among the Best institutes of India . The order of preference is based on branches.
