This specifically depends on the major that you actually want to pursue.
You might want to learn more about the IIT branch-changing requirements, and if you are confident that you can fulfil all the requirements in the first year, then go for it. IIT tag is also there which have high value.
If you achieve a high CGPA in your first year, you have the option of switching to the CSE branch in IIT.
On the other side, it is best to select NIT or IIIT if you have the opportunity to learn what you want to.
It ultimately comes down to whether you're willing to learn any branch you receive in an IIT or pursue your interests in an NIT.
