Difficulty level of a course depends on your perspective and interest pool only. But, since, you asked if it is difficult or large I must tell you any specialization course does imply more stressful years as compared to any other course. Also, the addition of specialization makes its a little lengthier course as compared to the general courses but as you may know specialization has its own benefits. However, the placement structure is unparalleled at IIT Delhi so in the end all the things will be worth it.
