Hi there,

Firstly IIT delhi electrical engineering power and automation is better than cse at nsut for the following reasons

Though both are very good college but to get higher packages you need to work harder at nsut as compared to iit delhi.
Secondly iit campus has some better companies as compared to nsut
The faculty and other facilities are more at iit delhi.

Apart from these if you want to become a software developer then go for nsut, overall nsut is also a good college.
