Amm, no ,all the IITs in india teaches in english ,english is a common language for Indians as well as foreigners ,so it is good to use english ,till now no hindi medium iit is there ,however you can use hindi in IITs ,there are no such restrictions but the medium of subject ,exam and all that will be  english . So work hard and improve your English too

Recently, AICTE has allowed engineering to be taught in Hindi . But as of now, no engineering institutions including IITs have started teaching in Hindi.

So,

As of now, you cannot study engineering in Hindi in IIT.

But yes,

You can definitely give jee main & jee advanced examination in hindi as the option for the same is available. I would suggest you to start working on your English, and trust me it's not difficult, you can easily learn it. So, that you don't face any problem during your engineering.
