IITs are top colleges of India and the students who study there they create their own startups. They don't look for jobs and scope. So from now don't think about that. If you are eligible for an IIT join and experience it then you will know you don't need any placement or scope. You will be enough eligibile to create a startup of your own and high multi-national companies will support you financially.
The IIT world is totally different.
