After doing M.sc in Mathematics from IITs, you can get job offers from well known PSU's such as ISRO ,DRDO etc.
Well, you can also get chance to research in various fields of mathematics after M.sc.
You can opt for assistant professor jobs also, it is most rewarded and reputed job profile in this area !
For M.sc in statistical mathematics students , they can get job as well as research offers from various Marketing fields, Investment sectors ,Foreign exchanges , banks etc.
