You have scored low according to need of your category.
You have literally no chances of getting govt MBBS college in all india quota counseling of neet. Last year it's cut off marks after special stray vaccancy round counseling was 597+ marks for OBC category.
Also in Bihar state quota counseling, you have no chances of getting govt MBBS college, there also cut off marks goes High and it is almost 600+ marks.
So if we compare then you are no where near the cut off marks, sorry to say but you don't have chances of getting MBBS/BDS/BAMS college at this marks.
You might have chances in private medical colleges in Bihar state quota counseling or aiq counseling for private/deemed University, so if you want to join you can go for it.
