I'll join at IIT on 2020 academic year but now i completed class 12 with 78 percentage aggregate marks . it is eligible for that....?

For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs: Candidatesneedto have secured aminimum75% marks in class XII orequivalentexam or be in thetop20percentilein their class XII exam conducted by therespectiveboard. Yes you are eligible for IIT
You will have to appear in jee mains and then qualify it with top percentiles and be eligible for jee advance.
Appear in jee advance and qualify that then only will you be considered for admission in IITs.
The basic eligibility is that you must have qualified class 12th examination with physics, chemistry and maths with atleast 75% aggregate.
