As per NEET 2018 eligibility all the students Upper age limit, NIOS, those who had a gap year between Classes 11 and 12 and Biology as an additional subject in Class 12 are eligible to apply. You should have minimum 50% PCB score in class 12th as a General category & 40% as a reserved category.
