Dear Alekhya, now there is no upper age limit for appearing in NEET and there is no cap on no.of attempts as well. So, if you have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 10+2, you are eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you meet this criteria, you are eligible for NEET.

Yes, you can give NEET, as the upper age limit for writing the paper has been removed. So even if you are 23, you are eligible to write NEET Examination.
