Hello,
If you have passed up to 8th class and are 37 years of age, then taking a job through ITI can work well. ITIs provide a number of vocational trainings both in technical as well as non-technical fields which can equip the individual with enhanced skills and make them employable. The most common trades pursued through ITIs include electrician, plumber, fitter, welder, and mechanic.
Since most of the ITI courses ask for at least completion of class 10th, you might be looking out for specific courses or short term skill-based courses that can accept candidates who have passed 8th standard. You also might consider other adult education or bridge courses depending upon your qualification requirement.
Jobs After the completion of the ITI course, there are many jobs either under public and private sectors. Most of the industries, workshops, and service sectors recruit service-oriented professionals passed out from an ITI. You can also move towards your own self-employment through service-based businesses.
So, get acquainted with an ITI center in your locality and know their admission criteria.
