According to the eligibility criteria of CUSAT CAT BBA LLB 2019 you are eligible to apply even if you are appearing in 12th exams this year itself. Hence you can appear this year.

To be eligible you need to pass 12th board exams with at least 60% marks including languages in Science/ Commerce group or with at least 55% marks including languages in Arts/ Humanities stream as and when the result comes this year.
