I'm a B Sc MPC final year student...can I apply for CUCET MA English? My first priority is MSc Physics can I previous years/sample papers

As per the eligibility to apply for MA English, You require a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% for General Category, 45% marks for SC/ST/PwD, 50% marks for OBC (Non-creamy Layer) with English as a main subject or one of the subjects.
To apply for M.Sc Physics, You should have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised foreign or Indian university in Science with 55% marks for General and 50% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwD} as aggregate in Physics and Mathematics. You can check the further detail with the given below link.
