Hi

You have not mentioned your domicile state but your profile suggests that you are from Telangana so I am assuming it as your domicile state

This is very difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

As per  previous years cut off data then with 520 marks being from obc category,   you hold a  good chance to get a government  Medical College under Telangana State quota

For example,
In Neet 2019,  442 marks for obc category got a seat in a government  Medical College  under Telangana state quota and it was for GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA

You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana

List of some of the Government Medical College in Telangana along with total fee for the complete course of MBBS is provided below  :-

  • GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NIZAMABAD:-total fees for mbbs is around Rs 80,000
  • GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE, SECUNDERABAD :-total fees is around Rs 47,120
  • GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, MAHABUBNAGAR :- total fees is around Rs 81,560

You can get the fees for MBBS for different Government Medical College and private medical college as well by visiting our page the link for the same is provided below

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/mbbs-fees

Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.

If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you

Thank you

Hello student!
since cut off changes every every year we cannot exactly predict whether you will get seat in government college with the above-mentioned marks but they will be a chances if you get 520 marks you can get it any good private medical college or a government college but for safe site you need to atleast cross a score of 540 marks to get a government college.
and the fee structure varies  for every college if you mention the name of a particular college that you want to know the fee about we can help you with so plz mention the name of a college that you wanted to know.
Hope this helps you!
Regards!
