I'm a civil engineering graduation but I have low percentage because of which I couldn't get any job or Mtech plese let me know is there any other course that i can pursue?

If you cgpa is quite less i.e below 6 then there is a problem, considering general category. If you have less than 6 cgpa then even after qualifying GATE exam you won't be able to get NIT' and most of the IIT's.
One option is there, you can write CAT exam and after clearing the exam you can apply for FMS Delhi as top IIM's is no brainier being a less CGPa student.
Basically FMS don't give that much priority to your previous academics so there is a chance.
