In the application form, you have to mention the year of passing your graduation. If you are pursuing you can mention it as 2020. So that you will consider as final year graduate.  If you want more info regarding eligibility norms to refer the official notification.

Dear student, while filling the application form for IBPS PO, you must specify that you are pursuing your graduation course and are in the final year of it. It is so because you are eligible for the exam even if you are in the final years of graduation course according to the official guidelines.
