I'm a domicile of wb, can i participate in round 2 of all india counselling, even if ive got a seat through state counselling?

You can participate in the counselling. But you will be alloted the seat you get through round 2 of All India Counselling. So opt for best colleges and the colleges you like the most. Choose better options than the previous counselling. Let's hope for the best.
