Your score seems fair enough to qualify the stage 1 of NTSE 2019 but getting selected for Stage 2 will depend on the NTSE Uttarakhand cut off released by the SCERT along with the result. The cut off for qualifying for 2nd stage  of NTSE from Uttarakhand for the general category was a score of 106 marks in the previous year out of 150. The cut off varies each year due to various factors like competition, level of difficulty, maximum marks etc. The maximum marks this year was 200 instead of 150. Hence you can direct a similar range of cut off this year out of 200. You seem to have few chances of qualifying.
