Dear student,

Csab - Central seat allocation board is responsible for the filling of the vacant seats in NITs or gftis or iiits, after the josaa all round counselling is over.

Basically there will be there modes admission channel for csab round counselling :-

CSAB NUET (for North Eastern States and Union Territories)

CSAB SFTI (Self-Financed Technical Institutes)

CSAB UT (Supernumerary Seats for Union Territory)

Now for csab neut, you must have to belong from any of the 8 North eastern states and 4 Union Territories,i.e, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland, Sikkim, Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.

So, as you belong from uttar pradesh, then you are not eligible to participate in csab neut. Because you didn't qualify it's eligibility criteria.
