I'm a pharm D graduate, but I want to pursue MBA from iim, so which mba stream is better and what type of work experience is necessary for me to make into iims?

See it toatally depends upon your choice and interest that which stream is bettee because there are lot and each of them is unique whether it be marketing, hr, execution, pr etc.
You wanted to do mba from iim so you nees to give a competetive exam called CAT.
You study work hard and score above 90 percentile to as to enter iims.
But if you are specific about iim ahemdabad than you need to score above 95 percentile.
