Hello there,

As a private candidate from the MP Board , you may face some challenges when it comes to admission in 11th grade in a regular school. Here's the situation:

  1. TC (Transfer Certificate) :
Since you're a private candidate, you typically won't receive a TC from the MP Board for 10th, as you weren't enrolled in a regular school.

  2. Using 9th Class TC (CBSE) :

    • Using your 9th class TC from CBSE might not be accepted in most cases for admission in 11th, especially in schools that require a valid TC from the last school attended for admission.

    • The 9th TC is valid for transferring from CBSE schools, but for 11th admission , schools generally expect a TC from the last school attended (which would be the school where you completed your 10th).

  3. 10th Marksheet :

The 10th marksheet will be crucial for admission, and the school may accept it for admission into 11th , but you'll need to clarify with the school about the TC requirement.

    Conclusion:

It’s recommended to contact the school directly where you wish to take admission and explain your situation . Some schools may allow you to proceed with just the marksheet if they are flexible, but others may insist on a TC from a recognized school.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Yes, you can typically use your Class 9th Transfer Certificate (TC) from CBSE along with your Class 10th marksheet from MP Board for admission to Class 11th. However, this depends on the school’s specific admission policies. Here's how you can approach it:

Steps to Ensure Admission:

  1. Contact the School:

    • Visit or call the school where you want to take admission and explain your situation.
    • Ask if they accept your Class 9th TC and Class 10th marksheet as sufficient documents.
  2. Provide an Undertaking (If Required):

    • Some schools might ask for an undertaking stating why you don't have a Class 10th TC. Be prepared to provide this, explaining that you were a private candidate.
  3. Additional Documents:

    • Keep other supporting documents ready, such as:
      • Birth certificate.
      • Migration certificate (if required by the school).
      • Aadhaar card or other valid ID proof.
  4. Submit Marksheets:

    • Your Class 10th marksheet from the MP Board will serve as the primary document for admission.

Key Points:

  • Class 9th TC Validity : Most schools will accept your Class 9th TC if it is the latest available TC in your academic history.
  • Private Candidate Status : Being a private candidate is generally not an issue for Class 11th admission as long as you meet the school’s requirements.

If the school insists on a Class 10th TC, you can request a letter or certificate from the MP Board confirming that TCs are not issued to private candidates. Let me know if you need help drafting an application!

Yes, you can use your Class 9 transfer certificate (TC) from CBSE along with your Class 10 marksheet from the MP board for admission to Class 11, but it will depend on the specific requirements of the school or institution where you are seeking admission.

  1. Clarify the Admission requirements.
  2. Explain your situation.
  3. Admission Documents you might need -
  • Class 9 TC from CBSE
  • Class 9 marksheet from CBSE
  • Class 10 marksheet from MP Board (Essential)
  • Proof of identity and address
  • An affidavit

Yes, you can usually use your 9th-grade TC along with your 10th marksheet for 11th admission, even as a private candidate. Just check with the school you're applying to—they might need additional documents or a simple explanation of your situation.

No, generally you cannot use your 9th class TC from CBSE for 11th admission with your 10th class marksheet from the MP Board as a private candidate, as the Transfer Certificate (TC) needs to be from the same board and for the class you are seeking admission to (i.e., 10th standard in this case).

Since you appeared as a private candidate in the MP Board 10th exam, you won't receive a TC from them.Using a TC from a different board (CBSE 9th) for a different board's 11th admission might not be accepted by most schools.

Instead Reach out to the school where you want to take admission and inquire about their specific requirements for private candidates. Some schools might accept a statement from you confirming that you appeared as a private candidate in the MP 10th exam, along with your marksheet.

If you have a migration certificate from the CBSE board, it might be helpful to submit it alongside your 10th marksheet to prove your previous schooling.

GOOD LUCK!!
