I think just by doing 10th and 12th you can't get the domicile of any other state because every state has certain criteria. Just for example for Karnataka State if your parents live there 6 years you can get domicile and can say you belong to Karnataka. But that's not the case with you for doing 10th and 12th you hardly stay in other or your choice of state 3 years maximum. So you will not get the domicile of that state like 6 years is the minimum staying period some state even has 15 years in their criteria to give you their domicile.
