I'm a sc candidate i got 21000 as category rank can i get cse in any nit or iiit ???

Hi,
Hope you are doing well. No, you will not get any NIT or IIIT with this much rank, that too in CSE. Never. Because SC category students need to score above 90 percentile to get CSE in NIT or IIIT.
