Dear aspirant, as you are already applying for NEET my advice would be give your best in that. Set a target and your interest area in which you want to go. Applying in too many fields may lead to nothing. But as you have asked to forms that you can fill, here are some of the major forms-

As of now almost all the admission to all the colleges for MBBS or BAMS is through NEET. Even the admission in to AIIMS and JIPMER is going to be through your NEET score. From 2020, there will be no separate AIIMS or JIPMER which are otherwise two prominent medical entrances are merged into NEET.
I suggest you should prepare well for NEET and give it your best shot.
However, there are other exams like JEE Mains, April attempt which you can give and you can also fill DU form to get admission directly on your percentage bases in to their science courses like Applied sciences.
