No, you cannot provide the migration certificate instead of residence certificate for AP EAPCET document verification. You have to submit the residence certificate issued by competent authority. If you do not have residence certificate you can obtain it by applying for Residence certificate in Mee Seva at the earliest. The registration process for AP EAPCET 2021 counselling is expected to start from September 18, 2021. If you apply now you will be able to obtain the certificate on or before the document verification.
