I'm a tier 3 college-mechanical grad(2017) no work experience no coding knowledge can I get into data analyst data science roles within a year or so ?

Sorry to say you but within one year it may not be possible as you have no your coding knowledge and not the experience. For that you have to choose your masters course wisely according to the data science field. You have to do some further research on this topic. Actually e the tier is not not a barrier at all. You have to learn some best coding like R python C node etc. You also can do some online certification course. After completing your masters you can become a data scientist.
