I think no but about university Well, how to describe Assam you university, I don't know,I am in my final year of engineering enrolled in electronics and communication engineering university and in four years I only understood one thing you will be able to learn how to waste one's time.there is only one thing famous in this university, that is -strike- whatever any issue comes in the administration system, there will be a strike disrupting the whole day and for Silcharians it's a very difficult situation when any kind of strike happens,you have to waste your whole day.
Regarding the education system and environment, there is only one place where  you will enjoy if you love reading different types of books that is -library-and you can't expect a teacherly behaviour from most of the faculties .I don't enjoy my study in classroom because I loose that interest when any teacher gives a lecture,either you may get bore most of the time. There is no research like environment in our university so that you can develop any kind of interaction skill and all that so final conclusion is that I am only waiting for my departure, and I only wish that in the coming years the standard of our university may improve. I can only wish rest all depends on administration
