I'm an mpc student where i study maths,physics,chemistry in my intermediate. In my engineering if i take biotechnology will that be easy ?

As per your interest in Biotechnology first year maths part you can do easily and later on with foundation of biotechnology subjects you can do well but this is research field and good opportunities and salary in research will be after PhD level only.
And your more time spend in lab work if you can manage your time Accordingly enter into the field.

It depends on your interest also. It is not a tough subject generally B.Sc students apply for the course.
