It's tough to make exact predictions, the reason being cut-offs alter every  year based on various factors such as

  • total number of candidates appearing for the exam
  • difficulty level of the paper
  • top NEET scores
  • reservation
  • seat matrix, etc..

as from your profile it seems you belong to AP, if we go through last year state cut-offs then with 125 marks you may have chances for management quota in the following private dental colleges:

  • Sree Sai Dental College and Research Institute, Srikakulam
  • Saint Joseph Dental College, Eluru
  • Care Dental College, Guntur
  • Vishnu Dental College, Bhimavaram, etc...
