Sorry you can't be able to get admission in any government medical College in West Bengal with this rank not even if you belongs to ST Category. You had to score atleast 400 marks for government medical College and dental college in West Bengal.

Hi dear,
Last year cut off for ST candidates in WB under state quota was 183 at Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Murshidabad and under AIQ was 406 at ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata.
Cut off for ST candidates for BDS under state quota was 146 at Burdwan Dental College, Rajbati and under AIQ was 397 at Dr. R. Ahmed Dental College & Hospital, Calcutta.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a BDS government seat at 175. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
