Yes, you can give the GATE CS paper, but writing the paper is not same as being eligible for admission in a particular institute.

You will have to read the Masters Admission information brochure of any institutes you are inerested in, to figure out whether your UG degree is acceptable, what percentage cutoff is there and so on.

the eligibility of the GATE exam is given below:
Nationality: Indians as well as other than Indians are eligible for the exam.
Academic qualifications:
1. Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject.
2. Candidates in the pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear for GATE 2022
3. Candidates who have obtained/are pursuing their qualifying degree from countries other than India: Must be currently in the 3rd or higher years or completed their Bachelor’s degree (duration: at least 3 years) in Engineering / Technology / Science / Arts / Commerce.
Age limit: there is no age limit for this exam.
