Please clarify which category you belong to.
If you are from any reserved category, and since you are girl, you will have a lot of leverage when it comes to DU cut offs. And you should be comfortably getting into South Campus Colleges.
I cannot say the same about North Campus, until you tell me your category.

Sir I'm a girl & I got 83.75 in my 12th . My additional subject is physical education & I have IP subject which is included in best four subjects . Mein political science honours krna chahti hu du se regular so is it possible or not & i' m from OBC category

Unfortunately, PE and IP aren't included in List A of DU rules (List A include all those subjects that can be taken as best 4).
Hence, you will have to exclude both these two subjects and calculate your best 4 subjects out of the other subjects that you have. Keep in mind that English/language subject is necessary. Also, Political Science has to be there if you want to study Pol SC Hons. If there is no Pol SC, you will have a deduction of 2.5 percent from your best 4 score.
Also, if you go for BA (Programme) you can include IP.
