I'm asking permanent job how to apply
hello aspirant,
you have not mentioned anything about the course that you are persuing or whether you are doing a temporary job or not.
If you are a student and if you are about to complete your graduation,
then, look out for job opportunities in the campus when different companies come to hire students from different streams or you can do the off campus job search to get a permanent job
in case, you are doing a temporary job, you can do the following things to make your job a permanent one-
- Be 100% reliable. - Show up on time, deliver quality work and communicate with your colleagues.
- Have the right mindset and enthusiasm . “ Treat the part-time job or your contract assignment as a full-time position, Show commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility.
- Take a genuine interest in the job. If you want to get hired, you've got to do more than show up. You've got to consistently be of service to the people you are working for .
- Network . Be sure to keep in touch with your contacts at all times, not just when you’re looking for a new opportunity.
- Get to know the company . Research the organization you are working for and try to understand its history, its earnings reports, its culture and stated goals,
hope that helps
All the best
