I'm asking that what are the passing marks for b.el.ed out of 400....…

Bachelors of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) is an undergraduate bachelor's degree course. Many colleges and universities across the country have this academic program. Some of them take entrance exams too for giving you the admission.

For now, assuming you are asking passing marks for the course that you are already pursuing, it varries from 30-40% in different universities. But if you score above 60% it usually is a good percentage for your career.

Again assuming you are asking about an entrance- For any entrance you need to score really good to hold a rank better than others in the merit list. A good score is atleast above 300 if the full marks is 400. But other factors work too, like the number of seats in the college. So you need to please mention the name of the exam you are asking about along with the college or university's name.
