Just make sure your age matches the requirements.
And bring a bachelor's degree with you, because the form also asks for the type of degree.

CDS - Combined Defence Services. Few people also refer to CDS full form as Chief of Defense Staff, which is a rank given to head of Indian Armed Forces, It is a recently inducted rank and doesn't have any significance with CDS exam. UPSC conducts the CDS exam twice a year in the month of April and September.
The selected candidates will get recruitment under the:-
- Officers Training Academy
- Indian Naval Academy
- Indian Military Academy
- Indian Air Force Academy.
CDS Eligibility Criteria 2022:-
- Candidates appearing for the CDS 2022 exam must have completed their Graduation or at least be appearing for the final exam of the degree.
- Minimum and maximum age to give IMA exam vary from 19-24 years.
- Candidates, who have passed or yet to pass their final year examination are eligible for CDS exam.
- Candidates must practice more CDS Previous year papers to improve their scores. According to CDS eligibility Criteria.
- The selection of candidates will be based on the written test followed by an interview.
- The candidates should be a citizen of India you should be a subject of either Nepal or Bhutan. the citizens of Indian origin who have migrated and shifted permanently to India are also eligible.
- Candidates who have filled the first choice as Army/Navy/Air Force must carry the graduation certificate in the SSB interview.
- The candidates who are in the final year of graduation can also apply provided they do not have any backlog, such candidates have to submit the passing degree certificate at the time of commencement of course.
- The selection of candidates will be based on the written test followed by an interview.
- Only unmarried male candidates will be eligible for the Indian Military Academy, the candidates must be born between 2nd January 1999 to 1st January 2004 to get eligible.
- Indian Naval Academy(INA): Only unmarried male candidates will be eligible, who are born between 2nd January 1999 to 1st January 2004.
