I'm BE mech getting into IT SECTOR please help with the basic computer skills or softwares like (ms office, spreadsheets) to learn which could help me to get through it ?

It shouldn't be a big deal to brush up the basics. You may go through YouTube videos for basics of MS office. Make sure to practice example questions from the same.
I would also advise you to learn programming languages. C, C plus plus, python are some good ones to start with.
