I'm belong sc category student and my class 12 percentage is 62 so can I get admission in DTU in 2020

Hello Aspirant.
Even if you're able to get great score in JEE main you won't be able to get DTU or any other government institution as you do not pass the eligibility criteria for which mains which states that the candidate must have scored atleast 75%( general) aggregate in class 12th. For the SC/OBC/ST the aggregate is 65% which you haven't cleared. So you won't get DTU
