I'm belongs to SEBC category and non creamy layer, can I apply for obc non creamy layer certificate. but my category not in the central obc list it is only in my state list.... can i please reply.

Hey,
SEBC category is a state reservation category.
The main point is that the certificate of reservation is also sanctioned from your state so it's better that you should go and contact the block office nearest to you.
They will help you with the proper procedure. You may get your NC-OBC certificate sanctioned easily.
