im bunts category in Karnataka government has considered 3B OBC IN MY CAST CERTIFICATE BUT IN OBC NCL IT IS NOT THERE WHAT SHOULD I DO I SHOULD APPLY GEN ONLY

No, bunts are not under the OBC category in central list.
Bunts is a caste in 3B category officially recognized by Karnataka State Government. ‘Nadava’ caste comes under 2A in state govt list, this is not the bunt-nadava caste. The nadava caste in 2A is some other community called Nador which also happens to be called as Nadava. So, you should opt for general category whenever it comes to National level and a 3B OBC Category in state level.
