Don't worry, what you can do in this case, first of all apply for new OBC NCL certificate or apply for the renewal of old one and after applying you will get a acknowledgement receipt and you can upload that acknowledgement slip instead of your OBC NCL certificate and during when you will be asked to submit your valid OBC NCL certificate then you will have to submit it.

Step 2 : Now fill-up the details and Generate CAT login ID and Password.

Step 3 : Re-login and Fill CAT 2021 Application form

Step 6 : Submit the completed CAT 2021 Registration form.

Step 7 :Download the CAT 2021 Application confirmation page for future references.
