Hi dear,
If you did Two year National Vocational Training in Civil Engineering you can go for Diploma in Civil Engineering. You will get direct seat in Diploma through Lateral Entry scheme in Second year. You should visit your nearest government polytechnic colleges to learn more about getting admission there.
